Tire Export Process

STEP01

Collection & Purchase in Japan

Used tires are collected from logistics companies and other businesses. Each tire is carefully inspected to determine whether it can be reused or utilized as a casing for retreading.
STEP02

Quality Inspection & Sorting

Tires are evaluated based on production year, tread wear, and structural integrity. Only those that meet export standards—particularly for retreading—are selected for shipment.
STEP03

Preparation & Container Loading

Tires are categorized by size and efficiently loaded into containers. Proper packing is ensured according to international shipping standards.
STEP04

Overseas Shipping & Delivery

Tires are exported directly to our trade partners in Southeast Asia and Africa. They are delivered to logistics companies and retread factories for reuse.
